In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the td7779 website accessible at td7779.bet, including all associated pages, services, games, and tools.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on td7779 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with td7779.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's td7779 Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free bets, or free spin awards credited to an Account by td7779.

2.1   By accessing the td7779 Platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the td7779 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and td7779.

2.2   These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and td7779, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

3.1   To register and maintain an Account on td7779, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of td7779 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from td7779 or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3.2   td7779 takes age verification seriously. Where td7779 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, td7779 will suspend the Account pending satisfactory proof of age. Any winnings accrued during an underage gambling period shall be void and forfeited.

4.1   Each Player may hold only one Account on td7779. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. td7779 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances where duplicate Accounts are identified.

4.2   You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. td7779 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. td7779 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.4   td7779 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal request or at any other point during the operation of your Account. Documents that may be requested include, without limitation: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

• KYC documents must be valid, legible, and unaltered.
• Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and report to relevant authorities.
• td7779 may place a hold on withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.1   td7779 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20, Bitcoin, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and SadaPay. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

5.2   Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the td7779 cashier at the time of transaction. As a general guide, mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) start from PKR 300. td7779 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time.

5.3   All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. td7779 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.4   Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully met before those funds — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to Cryptocurrency wallets (USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20, Bitcoin) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval.

• Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and SadaPay may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.5   td7779 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified payment source, or transactions that display patterns consistent with money laundering, will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant Account will be suspended.

6.1   td7779 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, or other incentives to new and existing Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

6.2   The following general bonus rules apply to all td7779 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.

7.1   All sports bets placed on td7779 — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other markets — are governed by the official rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

7.2   A bet is confirmed only when td7779 issues an official bet confirmation and a unique bet reference number. td7779 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

7.3   td7779 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error or technical fault.
• The outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed.
• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or rescheduled beyond the applicable settlement period.
• There is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

7.4   In-play betting is available on selected markets and is subject to momentary suspension during significant moments in play. Bets accepted after a live event has concluded — due to data feed latency — will be voided.

7.5   Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply and are displayed in the td7779 cashier. td7779 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time.

8.1   All casino games and slot titles available on td7779 — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, table games, game shows, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game operates under its own published Return to Player (RTP) rate and game-specific rules.

8.3   In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account Balance. td7779 does not accept liability for any losses caused by a third-party game provider's technical failure beyond the return of the stake.

9.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the td7779 Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on td7779.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any tool designed to interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any betting strategy designed to exploit bonus offers or guarantee profits at td7779's expense.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate outcomes, share strategies for exploiting the Platform, or coordinate betting activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from an identified error must be reported to td7779 support and will be voided pending investigation.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using td7779 for money laundering purposes.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards td7779 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9.2   td7779 employs fraud detection systems that monitor Account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended and subjected to a full investigation before any withdrawal request can be processed.

10.1   All content on the td7779 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code, and interface design — is the proprietary property of td7779 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the td7779 Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any td7779 content without express prior written consent from td7779.

10.3   The td7779 name, logo, and branding are trademarks of td7779. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence to use td7779's trademarks.

11.1   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td7779 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

11.2   td7779 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.3   In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, td7779's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit td7779's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.4   You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. td7779 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred in the ordinary course of using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

12.1   td7779 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2   td7779 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except: (a) where required by law or regulatory authority; (b) as necessary to process your transactions; or (c) with your express prior consent.

12.3   td7779 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Player data in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and td7779 cannot guarantee absolute security.

13.1   td7779 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

14.3   Your continued use of the td7779 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

15.1   These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td7779 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

15.2   In the event of a dispute between you and td7779 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first seek resolution through td7779's internal complaints process. 15.3   td7779 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under td7779's licensing authority.

15.4   You agree that any claim against td7779 must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, and that any claim not filed within that period is permanently barred.
